A new, slightly deeper sheath for Bark River Bravo 1.
Two-position carry belt loop.
These sheaths are all hand made. No machines, no jigs - a lot of freehand work.
The liner comes up close to the top. The knife sits in the sheath securely without any straps. The top of the sheath was wet molded to the shape of the knife's handle.

This is a single layer, slim, leather sheath for the A1.
This belt loop is for one position carry.
My single layer sheaths are constructed the same way as the double layer sheaths. Same materials, attention to details and waterproofing is used. Less materials and less time to make these means a lower price. These sheaths start at $85.

Two styles of a double layer sheath for the legendary Fallkniven F1
This is a design with a double stitch at the top. It reinforces the stress point and secures the knife in the sheath.
The belt loop is designed for high and low carry.
It is securely stitched at two points.
This sheath is also double stitched at the top.
The belt loop is attached to the carry strap with two Chicago screws. It can be easily removed.
The carry strap is permanently sewn to the sheath.
Both sheaths are waterproofed inside and out.

This is another example of a double layer sheath:
The lining is made of 6-7 ounce leather. It extends above the outer layer made of 8-9 ounce leather.
Both, inside and out, are water proofed with beeswax compounds. This sheath will withstand wet conditions.
The knife can be secured with a leather retention strap. The strap is attached with a Chicago screw. It can be easily replaced if worn out.
The belt loop can be adjusted with three screws for low or high carry. It can be completely removed for horizontal carry.
Both layers are stitched by hand using a traditional saddle stitch method. Each stitch is knotted on the inside. The stitching will not come undone if the thread is damaged or cut.
The fold over design makes the sheath rigid.
